Hydration

As you can imagine, hydrating is super important if you are going to practice yoga! If I could give this one piece of advice, I would say drink before, during and after you practice!

Drink water when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Dehydration can strain the cardiovascular system which inhibits the body’s ability to cool itself down. The average person sweats 24-47 ounces of water per hour. So be good to your body and hydrate!
